		<description>So when I was in Girl Scouts in the fifth grade, my troop did a presentation on Latvia for World Learning Day or some silly thing like that, and we read about communism and how the Latvians were sad, oppressed, and cultureless on account of Stalin, and then I believe we made a flag and walked around in a circle with the troops that got much more exciting countries like Kenya and Canada. 

That project would have been 1,000 times more awesome if this Eurovision act had existed back in 1991.</description>
